This privacy policy describes how maturate corporation ("maturate," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit maturate.ai or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the "Service"). This is a plain-language template and not legal advice; consult counsel before relying on it.
Information you provide. When you email us at hello@maturate.ai or otherwise contact us, we receive your email address, your message, and any other information you choose to share.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Service, our hosting and analytics providers may automatically collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps. This is used to keep the site secure and understand aggregate usage.
Cookies and similar technologies. We may use cookies or local storage to remember preferences and measure traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser; some parts of the Service may not work correctly if you do.
We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve the Service; to respond to inquiries; to detect and prevent abuse; to comply with legal obligations; and to communicate with you about maturate.
Service providers. We share information with vendors that help us run the Service (for example, hosting, analytics, and email providers) under confidentiality obligations.
Legal reasons. We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that doing so is necessary to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of maturate, our users, or others.
Business transfers. If maturate is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not sell your personal information.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes, then delete or anonymize it.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to our use of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@maturate.ai.
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
We may process information in countries other than the one you live in. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
